ive lived here for 11 months and im leaving in january these apts where beautiful when there was no crime there has been 5 robberys and thefts but i was never messed with what upsets me is that i pay good money to stay away from trashy black people thats why i left the southwest side now they seem to make more profits off there drugs cause there moving in by the truck load and they make nosie all night long and they invite there friends over and when i come home there never any parking but 4 or 5 car leave at the same time around 2 or 3 in the morning and if your trying to get the bang for you buck it anit her $630 for 595 sqft and that on a special there usually $738 . there are poorly insulated my electric bill this summer was alway 2 300 dollars and i only live in 595 sqft my bill according to the electric company should be 90-120 dollars. the apt complex sent us a letter saying stop breaking the gates and if thes lazy ass -------- and black people pushing the gates open with there cars cuz they dont value any thing .... please dont be discougae from moving here im only letting you know my experiences
