MUST SEE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008 1 response   I have lived at Rio Grande Ranch for almost 5 years. New management has taken over the property and I must say they are a complete breath of fresh air in comparison to the last management company. The property is undergoing positive changes. The crime rate is not rampant on this property, as some would think if fact it is below average. The management is putting a taller and stronger fence around the entire property, which has kept the rift raft from coming onto the property. In addition, I have observed them replacing all the lights on property with much brighter bulbs, which make this place like daylight at night, additionally, to adding many more lights on the buildings, they are putting up new light poles all around the property. Maintenance is very quick and overly courteous. The way I see things going around here, I would definitely recommend renting at Rio Grande Ranch. In the past six months, since the new management took over, I have seen nothing but positive changes in every aspect of the property, whether; it is lighting, landscape, painting, apartment upgrades, maintenance, pool remodeling, etc I assure you, this is a very different complex. I can agree with some of the other comments, however, they do not reflect Rio Grande Ranch today. The people working in the office are the best, much better than the previous management. Oh yeah, by the way, they have free cookies and an awesome coffee maker that makes any kind off coffee you want in less than a minute. Check it out, you won t be disappointed!
