huge improvements with new management

New management has come in over the last few months and I have noticed huge improvements.
(1) Overall security has been improved tremendously (not that it was that bad before).
(a) My chief complaint last year was that the front gates were always broken. Now they take special care to make sure the gates are always in working order.
(b) They have installed new much brighter lights in the parking lot and around buildings so that it feels much safer.
(c) They have installed a new higher fence around the whole property.
(d) They have hired full time security people that patrol the grounds both in the day and night.
(e) They have made a big effort to crack down on noisy parties and kids by the pool.
In general, everybody feels much more secure.
(2) The new management has put in a lot of money upgrading the place. They have installed new sidewalks, and repainted all the buildings. In general, the whole complex is much better maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly.
(3) The office staff is so much nicer and more efficient. They have installed a new fancy coffee machine in the front office.
The complex is a little bit older than the ones around it, and they trying much harder. The prices are good for the area. I would recommend this complex.
