i've lived here for almost 2 years.
pros:
-huge rooms if you rent a 2/2.
-Good management, they usually come asap and fix your stuffs with less than 2 times calling.
-nice view, clean properties, quiet neighbors.
-close to everything: groceries, restaurants, malls, movies, schools, park, you name it.
cons:
- About the end of last year, there were announcements about robberies. My friend got robbed right in the parking lot himself when visiting me. However, there's a night guard now and everything seems to fall in order again.
- a little pricey
- sometimes the gate broke and it takes them at least a week to fix it.
