We've been here for 1 year. I have mixed feelings about this place.
Maintenance are pretty quick to taking care of repairs and other service work (i guess it just all depends whether or not the people in the management office actually turn in the service request).
I like the changes that they started doing recently (but it did take them forever to do these changes).
Very nice looking pool (although i never used it myself. There's always parking available close to our building.
I live on the 3rd floor on a 3 bedroom, so we never had to deal with noises from people stomping around. But our new neighbors would slam their door and slam their cabinets, and bang on walls, and you can hear these annoying noises at times. The people below us plays loud music all the time, in the middle of the night/day, that's when i just starting stomping/banging on the floor til they turn it down.
We had a garage, but during the time of move in, they didn't have one that is right in front of our building, so they gave us a "temporary one" that is on the other side of the building, and we were promised that once one garage becomes available, we are the first on the list. 3 cars have moved out of the garage and new tenants came and took it, and when i finally complained about it, they said they didn't notice that we requested a closer garage.
All in all, good apartment, bad management (especially the grouchy lady in the office that always has her hair in a tight bun), lousy neighbors, lazy night security.

you are sooooo right. i also have mixed feelings about this place. I like everything so far except for the lady in the leasing office "(especially the grouchy lady in the office that always has her hair in a tight bun)lol.. She seems to hate her job. I never met her the when i was inquiring and moving in here..If i had, i wouldnt have moved here. My biggest pet peeve is rudeness from someone that am having to pay to have something done.
