I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed my stay. There have been a lot of changes in the past two years, some a little annoying, but mostly for the better. The new gate system was a pain at first and very frustrating but now that I haven't had issues with it, I love the fact that it just opens for me.
The new business center is nice too. I wish the printer worked, but the office is nice, and now they have more than one computer.
Maintenace requests are done fairly quickly. I've had no complaints except for having to wait a week for a new dishwasher. (I did however find out it was on order and that is what they were waiting for.)
Every time I've gone into the office I've had good experiences too. I have noticed that the current staff in there has not changed much. I recognize every one in there. I have my favorites in the office, and mostly deal with the same people each time, but everyone is friendly.
I am unfortunatly having to move now due to a job transfer, but I did want to let you know that I would recommend anyone to live here. I've looked around the block where I live it's very well taken care of. I have always felt safe in my neighborhood. (When they added security on the complex that made me feel even better) but I really am going to miss this place.
Except for the ducks. They are nice but always in the road!
