THE MATENANCE ISNT THE GREATEST.... THE POOL IS FILTHY DOESNT GET PROPER TREATMENT OR CLEANING...THERE ARE AUTO BREAK INS HOME INVASIONS AND PEOPLE JUMPING FENCES...NOT TO MENTION THE DOG ATTACKING OTHER DOGS ON LEASHS....THE MANAGER ISNT THE MOST PLEASANT IS UNINFORMED ABOUT POOL MAINTANCE...THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR RENT...AND YOU REALLY DONT GET AN ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT IF YOU GET A GARAGE...THERE ARE BETTER OUT THERE THAN THIS. ITS NOT SECURE AS THEY LIKE TO MAKE IT SOUND
