This place is no Ritz but it's still a good deal for the price.
The units are clean and reasonbly well kept and maintained.
Facilities such as the pool and gym could use some improvements.
Parking is very limited even for residents. Guests have to park on the street.
Security may not be the best either. A lot of kids (from outside) are seen lurking around the complex and using the gym and pool. Management doesn't seem concerned about it.
Maintenance has been pretty efficient.
