Residence at Westchase

getting bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008   This use to be a very nice place to live however the hot tub doesnt work most of the time the pool is filthy almost all the time we are now having trouble with gang grafitti on the fences. people from across the street in other complexes come in use the exercise equipment what is left of it anyway, people from the town homes use the emergency button on the back gate to come in and let their dogs do their thing and they dont clean it up. Security was good for a bit but we have had several rental break ins as well as autos broken into. I havent seen secucrity guard on duty for aleast 6 months or longer and when we did have one they just sat up at the office. long time matinance man left us...new mgt doesnt seem to care the pool looks aweful or hot tub doesnt work or the hoodlums we have here...as far as computer room thats gone due to most of the stuff was stolen..you cant use the bathrooms at the office after hours you have to run to your apt. to go bathroom if using the pool. I would never reccomend this apartment complex I am moving out by the way....
