I'm about to move out and I coulnd't be happier. Let me just mention a few of the things that have gone on. At first, management was nice and did seem like they had everything together. Well, once they changed management up everything seemed to fall to pieces. They've had temps in and out of that place and the actual apartment manager (who I've never even met) is never there. There have been cops there on several occasions for fighting, armed robbery, and who knows what else. My truck was also towed while I was unloading grocies in the fire zone. Yes, I know that's illegal BUT everyone parks there EVERY day. Which brings us to parking. It's an absolute nightmare! We were only given 1 spot for a 2 bedroom so I have to park by the leasing office and usually that's full! So, most days I have to park on the street. The apartments across the street are NOT nice so I wouldn't recommend parking your car on the street unless you have to. Since we've lived in our 2 bedroom, we've had 3 tenants directly next to us and both have left all of a sudden. The walls are extremely thin because I can hear everything from music, tv, yelling, and even sex! The actual apartment isn't that bad but I it's not worth everything else you have to put up with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
