I moved here from one of the nearby complexes and I like this place. I ve got a very good deal - good price for the value, so I moved in.
Possibly they lowered the prices for new tenants after all.
The complex is relatively new and clean. Looks and feels very attractive. One of the most modern ones in the area.
Management was very responsive to my requests.
On negatives: summer time in the evenings and on weekends the pool is full with the kids from surrounding hood. After Katrina disaster many Louisianans made this place their home. They know fun and you hear their fun too.
Now they are raising my rent. So I went to check out this site to read different reviews and to compare what I know with what other people think about this residence. With rent prices going down I m considering moving to another apartment in the area. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
