They have an Unsatisfactory Rating with the BBB, when I found out it was too late. I have been living in the complex for almost a year. In that time, the front exit gate closed on the rear portion of my car causing $1500 worth of damage, the mgmnt said they would take care of it on 4 diff. occasions, then changed their minds. I am now pursuing this legally. TWO SNAKES have come into the apartment and the mgmnt was slow to respond, and we had to beg them to send out exterminators on 2 occasions, after the 2nd snake was coming in under the front door. The property is poorly managed and they do not follow-up on maint request and have to be called out multiple times for the same issue ie. they would not replace a malfunctioning fire detector for more than 2 months. I would recommend looking elsewhere even though the apt is spacious and the rent is reasonable, is it worth this standard of living'
