I just heard about this website and thought I would check out the comments for my current home, Retreat at Eldridge. I think it is very unfortunate that people have to bad mouth such a wonderful place. New management...I feel as though the manager who has been there almost a year, Melissa, is great. She has worked with me several times when I was having some money issues. She also shows great concern with all of us as residents. She knows everyone by name, and she even sends out birthday cards to all of us. The maintenance staff is very efficient, they always complete my works orders the same day and if they can't then someone from the office will call and let me know that it will be taken care of first thing the next morning. The assistant, Nicole, was so good that she just got a promotion and is at a bigger property now. All I can say about the bad reviews is that you can't please everyone. You should check this place out for yourself.
