I have lived here since last summer and I am excited that my lease will be up sooner rather than later. Worse experience was my air conditioner being broken for an entire weekend and when I finally talked to a real person, they tried to say it was our fault for not letting the maintenance man in (had been at work since 7 and whenever they need to do an "evaluation" they have no trouble getting in. The director is a fabolous person but the assistant is rarely helpful and has been outright rude on occassion. The property is nice and the rent is great but if something is broken, maintenance has shown no motivation to fix it. If you want a beautiful apartment that is fine until stuff starts breaking, this place is for you. If not, spend a little more and move elsewhere. Oh and if you're smart, pay for covered parking or you will be searching for a space come nightfall.

We moved in the last weekend on April, and have had no problems with maintenance. Anytime something has gone wrong, they have worked with OUR schedules to fix things. Though we will be leaving when the lease is up (due to relocation for jobs) I am very happy with this community. Oh and for covered parking, $10 isn't unreasonable!
