I have recently moved out of that place, thank heavens. The grounds were extremly poorly kept. There was dog poop everywhere, the only time it would get picked up was on someone's shoe. Walking to and from the mailbox if the sight of dog poop didn't get you then the smell would.
We had a problem with our garbage disposal when we first moved in and 3 or 4 tries later we still had a problem with it when we moved out. The first time they came and "fixed" it the guy pulled out nuts and bolts and rubber washers from it and got mad at me for putting them in there, even though we hadn't moved in yet.
If you don't pay for parking you are going to be walking a long way to get to your place. If you can find a space.
Things get stolen right off of the front porch even when they are chained down and when managment is told about it they really don't seem to care. The only time they care about anything is when they can get a few more dollars out of you. Then they work like crazy. And when they can't get you to stay, they make up reasons to keep all of your deposit and charge you for more. I moved out a while ago so why are they still trying to get more money from me' I guess it might be because they are only at about half capacity, and are hurting for money.
Don't move in here! You can find nicer places to live for cheaper in the same area, and you won't have to deal with the crappy management at the Retreat at Eldridge!!!
