I have lived here 5 years and the post on the 3rd of July is a lie from the pit of hell. sounds like someone may have an axe to grind. If they were only here 7 months and got a 500.00 bill in addition to all their deposit being kept don't you think that MAYBE there may have been something wrong' As for the management they are the best. Anytime I've had an issue with my apt I've gone in and talked with them and they have taken care of it right away and for the Maintanence staff they also get 5 stars. They take care of anything within 24-48 hours (remember that they have other projects coming in all the time). With reguards to the empty apts remember that they do take time to prepare to either be seen or rented. Now for the gates they are set up for one car at a time. (if you have a remote, use it. If you don't then get one) problem solved. Now that you've heard 2 different sides come on in and make up your own mind.

5 years!?!?! Get a life. Here's an idea get your own place and quit paying rent where you have no chance of ever recouping any of those costs!

Anonymous, you are apparently and angry person. This person was just giving their opinion of the complex and there was no reason to personally attack this person. Some people just would rather live in an apt. Stick to the subject.

I believe people who post anonymous and give 5.0 rating are from the management office so I usually ignore those comments.

Alright, enough already. Can we all just get over this and just move on? What was written was written. Whoever reads these posts can take away from them what they will. There were 2 sides to this story. One from someone who was not happy there and one who was.
