I lived here for 2 years. I loved living here and I loved my apt. We had a corner apartment on the first floor. The last month we lived there someone broke in at 5am while I was home alone. They started by ringing the door bell and when I didn't answer they went on the side and just popped the window up. It was a young black male. I hid in the restroom until HPD showed up. If I would not have been for that I would recommend to others. Just be careful.
