Happy Tenant From: akoester Date posted: 3/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I am currently living in a 1 bedroom apartment and I could not be happier. My apartment is a good size for the price, my appliances are updated, and my fixtures are brand new. Before I moved in, management had the entire apartment cleaned, repainted, and re-carpeted. The complex is very quiet. All of the residents I have met (not very many - people tend to keep to themselves here) are working professionals. The grounds are manicured and the pool is very clean. Right after I moved in Summer 2007, the management did a major beautification project - repainting EVERYTHING and adding new fixtures to the apartments. Management has been wonderful, and maintenance is almost immediately completed upon request. I am just crossing my fingers that I don't have to move for work.
