Living at The Retreat is very nice. I have lived here with my wife for the past two years and I have to say that the staff is always very responsive when I called or visited the office. The staff is always polite and very happy to help with any issues that came up.

The property is well kept, clean and always looks nice! The pool and barbeque area is very relaxing and cool! The fitness room is very nice too as well as the wifi availablity. I honestly don't really have anything bad to say about the apartments. My overall expierence is very good.

The apartment itself is very well maintained, very comfortable and good floorplan, not to mention the large balcony area which is much bigger and nicer than many apts here in Houston.

I only had a few small problems with my apartment and maintenance usually fixed them the same day I filed the report. Even during the Hurricane when I had some water damage the staff was very helpful and allowed us to stay in another apt there on the complex.

I would definitely recommend this property.
