Not worth for ur money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   For the rent you pay you will get a much better place in city like Houston. Maintenence is good. Parking is a mess, and when you have guests its a nightmare. If you move you will defenetly endup having trouble with your neighbours one day or the other for parking. Think twice before choosing this. Good luck
