Where do I start'
24 Hour Security Guard - is a joke. The people that work at the gate are scary-looking and they don't even check the cars that don't have tags.
Management- who is the manager for today' I have been here over a year and half, and there is always new people in the office including new managers. And no one ever knows who you talked to or who the other person was that worked there.
Noise- DOES ANYONE WORK OR EVER GO TO SLEEP' There is always some screaming children, or loud adults hanging out on the sidewalks at late hours in the morning (like 1am -3am) You can hear everything coming through the walls. Don't even think about complaining to management, because they won't do anything about it. I am currently trying to break my lease and get far away from here!
I just recently voiced a complaint to the manager about my neighbors upstairs, telling him about the girl that gets beat up by her boyfriend every weekend, and he threatened to put a bullet in her. All of this is going on outside my window. I called the police, and considering how timely HPD are, the fight had already broken up and the people were gone. So I told mgmt about what happened, and he said that it is a free country and he can't do anything about people hanging out and what they do in their apts. So this lets you know he does not care about the safety of his tenants. When he leaves at 5pm, he doesn't care about the property. I suggested that they get real security guards to patrol the area, and I was told that he was not going to do that. So in the meantime we have the guard attendants that don't attend to anything but entertaining their friends, they don't check any cars that come through the gate, and majority of the time, there isn't anyone attending to the gate.. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!CONSIDER YOUR SAFETY!!!!
