Nice Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I have lived here about 4 years and it's been good. The location is convenient to the beltway, post office, shops, and grocery stores. Rent is a little high for small square footage, but the attached garages make all the difference. Washer/dryer included in the garage. Maintenance responds quickly. Very little crime is reported here, and management provides notices when they plan to enter your unit for pest control, changing air filters, etc. I saw negative comments about staff members on some other reviews, but none of those people work here any more.
