Nice place to live

Good place to live.
I've lived here for a few months now and I truly enjoy it.
I have a decently priced 1 bedroom apartment and it's all I need. I haven't had problems with bugs, or noise, or even parking. There are empty spaces near my apartment no matter what time it is. I've had problems with my friends finding parking though, since they have to park in the visitor lot. The visitor lot fills up at night time and some of my friends have had to wait for a while for a parking spot.
The office staff are nice most of the time, but not all the time. In the middle of the night, there was a leak underneath my sink, that started out small but grew to the point of needing emergency maintenance. They came right away and fixed the problem for me, for no cost.
The two pools are both nice.
Security is good. The gate is closed whenever the office is closed. The washers lock in the laundry room, so no one steals your clothes if you leave them alone. It's been nice so far. There's a laundry room for each building, so there are always washers and dryers available.
If you can afford it, it's nice to live here.
