The staff makes empty promises. We were promised new carpet only to find out it was old, stained nasty carpet. It is also an unsafe location. Cars get broken into all of the time. We have been asking for security, but nothing ever happens. People also walk their dogs and never pick up after them. There is nothing like walking to your car in the morning and smelling/ stepping in crap.
Look elsewhere.

Staff was very helpful to me. I received new carpet as promised on move in. Location is no less safe than most places in Houston. As far as cars getting broke into, I've been there 2 months now, Haven't heard anything about any breakins. However, I noticed on my own that someones window had been broken into on the back side (Lamar Street) due to the windshield glass all over the road. The rule is don't leave anything sitting out visible in your car, and your sh** won't get jacked.
