I lived at Rincon for three years, and there were pluses and minuses.

Plus: Location is amazing. Staff is great. Maintenance was handled quickly. I liked the security system in my apartment. Convenient parking with plenty of spaces. Beautiful apartment - great crown moulding, etc.

Minus: Because it's Pet Friendly (I have a dog), there are two problems - people who allow their cats to roam free, and people who don't pick up after their dogs. There is a lot of dog poop about. Also, my car was broken into in the parking garage, and the only response was that management bears no responsibility (about a dozen cars were broken into that night). At year end, they will raise your rent. A lot. And, the insulation was terrible, which made me end up with astronomical electricity bills. I am in a much bigger place now (by over 200 sq ft), and my electricity bills are 75-100 lower. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
