I've lived in the Rincon for a year, and I'm now moving to a house, but only because circumstances require it. If they didn't, I'd never leave. After 17 years spent in Houston apartments, I can safely say that the Rincon is, bar none, the BEST place I've lived. I wish I'd found it ages ago. Gorgeous floor plans and well maintained grounds, NO turnover in the front office, efficient maintenance crew, and the location is perfect. It's also one of the most pet friendly complexes I've encountered. All in all, I can't recommend the Rincon highly enough. And no, I'm not a paid spokesperson. ;-)
