1. lots o' roaches. very embarrassing to invite people over because we find one or two in our bathroom NIGHTLY

2. noise. hard to sleep. high performance road motocyclists love to race up and down allen parkway.

3. lights. flourescent lighting in the hallways next to the bedroom windows requires blackout curtains. and electrical tape. and regular curtains. and a pillow over your head

4. maintenance--these guys do a great job and should be commended for their speediness.

5. car breakins--happens seasonally. has not been a problem in a year, but was a huge concern one summer when it was happening every week.

What floor do you live on? I've noticed many complaints about roaches, and I have been concerned because I have definitely seen them outside although so far none have actually made it into my apartment (2nd floor).

I agree- I lived across the street at Allen House and was infested with roaches EVERY night. Since I moved to Rincon- I have yet to see a single roach. I live inside the property-so noise is not a problem-except the young ladies living across the hall with all their friends- but that is being addressed. This is the best property I've lived at in my 16 years of renting.
