Rincon Apartments

So far everything is GREAT! From: egrincon Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived at Rincon for only a few months, but compared to my last apartment this place is wonderful. I have really friendly and courteous neighbors. The parking garage is always lit (also noticed cameras)and plenty spaces available. The grounds are clean and well mantained. I do live near a dumpster and it seems to be full all the time, I am not sure why though I have noticed at least 2 others somewhat close to my apartment. I read that many people have problems with roaches, I guess it might be from the many trees on property, I haven't noticed any bugs in my apartment and I live on the 1st floor. Overall I would say that Rincon is a nice place to rent if you work downtown and want to live in the city. It's not brand new, but well taken care of and I hope it stays that way.
