Great complex and the staff is excellent. When I notified Rincon that I had to move in 2004 (due to out-of-state job transfer) staff did everything possible to make my relocation smooth. They also returned 100% of my security deposit.

A year after I moved to Florida and an important letter came in the mail for me in Houston, the Rincon Assistant Manager (Elisha) looked up my new address (since my forwarding address with the post office had expired) and personnally mailed it to me.

Now that's what I call great service. If I ever relocate back to Houston I'm sure I'll lease an apt. at Rincon again.
