We moved in and then moved out again within 31 days. It is not good value for money. They don't fix the problems on your move-in list (We didn't move out until almost 31 days were up and still nothing was fixed). The computers in the business center never worked and the garage is a nuisance to park in. We have moved out now almost a month and we have not recieved any of our rent or deposit back yet. I would not advise anyone to live here.

you cant move out after 31 days and expect to get your rent or deposit back - you defaulted on a legally binding contract, Hello! i'm just checking this site out of curiosity - i am a apt locator myself and it burns my hide when a few malcontents ruin things for everyone. it's the same thing I hear all day from people complaining that it's someone elses fault they don't pay their rent -- then people like me run like hell to find a complex that will take you with your bad history and you screw it up there too and i don't get paid for my good work. If you want something done PUT IT IN WRITING and see how fast mgt. will get to it. i know it's easier to blame someone else but sometimes you have to do your part to get things done. either you were broke or lazy either way give up on getting your money back IT IS NOT OWED TO YOU and you better check your credit reports b/c more than likely you will be charged for breaking your contract. rightfully so.

THANK YOU eve180. Some people just look for someone to blame. I live at Rincon and can say it's the best place I've lived in my 16 years of renting.
