I've been living here for 5 months and so far, we love it here. Before my husband and I decided to rent here, we did a little bit research and found Rincon as one recommended apt. Therefore, we chose to stay here. Well, I think we made the right decision. The area is quite safe, since it's in the River Oaks area. Couple of break-ins (we're in Houston, people) but then the management called some security company and I heard no crime since. The manager and staffs are very nice and helpful, there's a staff name Alison who is very friendly. Maintenance guy seems professional, I haven't gotten anything to fix yet, though. Seems like a sign of well kept apt to me. Oh, Thank God I have good neighbors around my apt so no particular noise like wild party or loud music, very quiet. One thing about business center, one computer & printer have been broken for months. My suggestion is, fix it please or just buy a new one; it costs a little but makes good impression. Well, the price a bit high, but I guess it's worth it for all the convenience that you could have. 5 min from downtown, 15 min to Galleria, location is everything. So, if don't mind pay more to have these convenience, then I guess Rincon is one of the best choice in Houston. I just hope they won't raise the price too high when my lease end ;) I definitely would recommend Rincon apt.
