I left the place for only one reason - my contract had ended and I went back home to Canada.
I agree with all positive opinions on Rincon, besides I'd like to mention two things I consider very important:
First: big spacious apartments with powerful conditioning (though electricity bills were never bigger than $55). I, used to be outdoors person, perfectly survived indoors during Houston's summer heat;
Second: incredible management. The manager of Rincon is not only highly professional man, he is very intelligent, resourceful and considering person, and never will take adventage of your mistake (in our burocratic age!). I am grateful to him very much, especially for arranging my tenancy when I was looking for an apartment in Houston from Toronto. I sent 11 pages of fax and a file of my Canadian Credit history report on his request, and I got the apartment! I did not have to suffer in hotels (with a dog!) and run in June's heat looking for apartment. I came to Rincon from the airport, was shown to my apartment, filled my airbed - and I was at home! FYI.
I'd like to wish all the best to management and I'd like to wish you, people, to grab the opportunity and enjoy Rincon.
