We've lived at Rincon for about 3 years. The staff has always been extremely helpful, grounds are kept very neat, the location is quiet and safe. We shopped around...for the price and quality, you can't beat it in the downtown area. One problem: beware if you are a non-smoker and a smoker lives below you...we recently had this happen and can smell the smoke (UGH!). Wish they had no-smoking buildings so we didn't have to consider moving. Overall, a wonderful experience (until the smokers).
