We have inquired about the lighting that is not working along the street sides and have been told that those lights will be fixed. Not to worry as apartment crime is now monitored by the police department and here is the new ordinance: http://www.houstontx.gov/police/pdfs/2006-1124.pdf It was passed in November, 2006 and all apartments had to register by March 8, 2007. The data will give a per capita crime statistic for each property. Wonder if it will show up somewhere oneline'
