I've lived here since the summer of 2005. I've really been pleased overall -- my apartment is spacious and well-constructed; maintenance concerns are taken care of quickly; the location is excellent; the leasing office staff is helpful and offer convenient services such as checking in on your pets if you're away for a few days. Unfortunately, I'll be moving out this summer as the rents have simply gotten too high for me to justify.
A few other notes for potential tenants: don't live near the parking garage, it gets very noisy there on weekend nights as people drive in with their stereos blasting and converse loudly as they walk to their apartments. Park your car with care, because it's easy to ding your car against the support beams. Look closely at the cars in the garage and you'll see what I mean. Finally, take basic precautions with your car and your belongings, as there have been rashes of car thefts and a few apartment break-ins.
