I've lived here almost a year and have loved it. If only the prices weren't going up so much! Still, the prices are on par or cheaper than the other apartments of the same age and quality in the area (trust me I've looked!). Water bills are very cheap and I think our electricity bills are very reasonable. The free valet trash is nice- I know some places charge for it.
I've only had a few minor maintenance problems, and they usually come out the same day to fix them. The office staff is very nice, but I do agree that sometimes you can't get a hold of anyone. Lately it seems better though; I've called several days in a row and talked to the same person each time about different renewal options. Very helpful.
I'm a single female and I feel very safe here. Never had a problem. There have been notices about break- ins recently, but hey, this is central Houston, what do you expect. The garage parking is convenient, and the street parking is good when you have groceries.
The grounds are very pretty, the apartments are nice. The location is GREAT!! I really couldn't ask for a more perfect location. Right down the road from Midtown, Downtown, Memorial Park, Montrose, Rice Village and the Galleria. All the cool things about Houston are right here.
Highly recommend it!
