I have lived here for almost a year and love it. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They have lots of special events each month that you can attend. The gym and pool have just been remodeled and updated. You are walking distance to the Buffalo Bayou s hike and bike trails. The Laff Stop is located on Waugh which is also in walking distance. If you want to watch the Astros lose, you can ride Metro from the corner of the complex and it will drop you off at Minute Maid.
