Great location, good views and helpful staff

When I lived at the River Oaks, prior to buying a home in Bellaire, I found the apartments to be a great place to live. The location is wonderful, views are great and the building has the charm of a social club. The building is older but the management staff was always working to provide a quality living experience.
This building has smaller more economic apartments and then they have absolutely lavish large apartments. It is a stress-free place to live that is very secure. Most of the residents have lived in the River Oaks area for a long time and have traded large high maintinance homes for apartments that allow them access to the neighborhood without the high price tag. I would consider going back there to live when I sell my home.

Yes, in those years it was nice here. It's very unfortunate what Metropolitan Properties has done to the building since they bought it. It would make you sad if you saw it now!!

agree with response. the new absentee slumlords in boston have let this place slide into a living nightmare. it is not the place it was one year ago. nothing works and recently a man was stabbed in his apartment.
