I have lived in Riveraine since 2001.
Why I have stayed so long, I do not know!
1. 24 hour Security sucks. Sometimes I get home late from work and they are asleep, not monitoring any visitors.
2. Car alarms will wake you up all night.
3. If your car tire is even a centimeter on the white line....they will tow you.
4. My air conditioner is broke and I called them everyday this summer to fix it. Maintenance would come to help but never fix it and never replace it.
5. All the kids come over from the apartments next to Riveraine to swim in our pools....the reason they cant swim at their own apartments is because they throw dirt in them and their management closed the pool for the summer. So they come and trash our pools and never get kicked out.
6. The fence seperating Riveraine from the neighboring apartment is always broke and tore up. Allowing anyone onto our property.
7. One week my whole building with without hot water.......they gave us $40 off our next month's rent!'
8. I went without water for two days one week. They did not reduce my rent.
9. I woke up the other morning and saw a sticker on my car saying my tire was flat so they were going to tow it if I didn't fix it. It was only low....my tire was not FLAT!
10. I live in an efficency apartment,am responsible with my utilites, work 50 hours a week......But some how Riveraine gives me a water bill of $25-30 a month!!!!!!!!!! What'
