ITS OK FOR 1ST TIME RENTERS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This was better before, the katrina incident, crime had katripled. but the staff or friendly but most of the time they have no clue on anything. they respond pretty quick to problems, but painting a tub to fix dents, and caulking broken cabinets, instead of replacing them isn't good business. but other than that the appearance is well kept, and if you really need anything(from maintenance), about 3 calls will get you some help. And its an old apartment complex so with wear and tear, those regular problems will always exist. worst of all the security sucks, you have need personnel, about every couple of weeks and most of them do not do there job,(most of the time they or either talking on the phone or sleeping)at all.
