Move here if you want to, I moved in this apartment from the decent ones next door (brookbend) and I should just moved in the projects. The people downstairs from me were always roudy, they were robbing people, they had guns running around the complex, and always fighting...once one of the boys even "accidentally" shot a gun thought the wall right where cars passed and children played....now imagine if someone would have been walking by. We told the management and all they kept saying was "we need more proof" HOW MUCH MORE PROOF DO YOU NEED DAMN!
It's a miracle if you don't hear gunshots while falling asleep. There is a lot of drug traffic through the complex, people hang out at all times of the night, the area is not safe all around. Even the security guards and officers that walk the complex are no help, they to busy tryna make a buck too. Then on top of everything they had the nerve to give us Lease violations because Random niggas wanted to post up on our porch when we TOLD THEM several times about the guys just sitting on our stairway and asked them to do something about it...
There were always break in's, they had a roach problem and even if you sprayed and sprayed they still came back, it was extremely noisy...loud music, loud cars, loud mouths...and a bunch of bad ass disrespectful kids...it was just a horrible experience...
Don't even think about "beautiful landscaping" or "nice pools" or none of that ----...here you get what you pay for...and you really aint paying for nothing but a roof.
If you love the ghetto..and the HOOD life...then this is mos def for you...but that's not me...I am so glad we moved to a nice area where people know how to act and they don't act like heathens.
PARKING WAS GREAT THOUGH! AND THEY ARE CHEAP!

I would like to say to all the people that seem to not like Riverbank. Why are you still there!!!! Its obvoius that some of you have not come to grips with your own reality. That is..this complex is what it is...and most of you live there because yoru situation dictates that you do....I am sure if you could afford to live in River Oaks you wuld be there. Now its up to each of you to be the adults that you are and not bring the Ghetto to riverbank. You are responsible for how you kids act...your boyfriend/girlfriends act....your guest act...and especially how you act. You you a fool then guess what you end up with.."riverbank". Now I liked that last manager the black man that worked there. He at least tried to make a difference. He was fair and when there was a problem he took care of it. But trying to make you Adults act like adults would be an impossible task for any human.

i wish iwould have known this before i moved in here. like i heard gunshots last night. when i moved i would write a report for the bbb to come check this place out. hell they should do backround checks on these people.
