i can not believe i live here

The first thing is the roach problem and getting them into my apartment to exterminate. They actually told me one time the exterminator could not get in because they did not have a key to my apartment. But just the week before they were in my apartment fixing something and they got in with their key. I am still waitin on the exterminator, almost a month later.
The parking you might as well get ready to hike because you wont find parking near or even close to your apartment. It would not be so bad if there was propering lighting so at night things could be safer. The gates never work here. The front gate has been broken for the last 3 months and I have only lived here for 6. The side gates brake down every weekend, so you hope you can actually get out of here.
They say they rennovated, but it was done poorly. They replaced fixtures, but did not fill in the holes where they took down the old fixtures. You can see where old things used to hang and these holes are the perfect place for roaches to come in.
The noise factor is out of control. I can clearly hear conversations upstairs as well as know every loud step they take. The grounds are not well maintained and there is actually trash laying around left from maintenance.
As far as getting things fix, they come out within one to two days but they have no idea what they are doing. I had a toliet that needed to be fix, been out there twice and it is still not fixed.
