WATER, MILDEW, AND MOLD

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A LEAK REPAIRED. EVERY TIME IT RAINS THE CARPET GETS SOAKED AND THEIR IS MILDEW ON THE WALLS AND CEILING. MAINTENANCE CUT A HOLE IN THE CEILING ONCE AND I LOOKED AND SAW ALL THE WOOD WAS SOAKING WET. FRIGHTENING. THEY REFUSE TO MOVE ME TO ANOTHER APARTMENT UNLESS I PAY FOR THE MOVE!
