There are several reasons I would not recommend. One, maintenance is slow and unreliable. Two, apartment rules are ignored, even fire safety rules that the city should inspect. Three, it is getting more and more transient. The management is letting more and more people in that stay until the rent is due and then they leave. Trash is thrown all over and graffiti from dopers and juveniles are showing up. The place is going downhill fast.
