Residents Fault - It's Old, so Don't Expect So Much

Angry people don't tell the whole truth. The grounds are messy because of an inadequate number of dumpsters, that are situated only at the ends of the property. Making it an annoyance for those living in the middle to despose of their own trash properly. Office tries to maintain valet trash but not everyone follows the rules, so trash appears everywhere. Office has done all they can to ensure safety without raising cost. It is the residents who willingly leave gates open to non-residents. The complex is over 20 years old, and nothing spetacular should be expected.
