When I first moved in around May of 2004, things where pretty good. Everyone who lived around me where very nice. It seemed like a lot of goo high quality white and blue collar workers. As time went on they started to disappear. I would occasionally catch them moving out here and there. I would ask them why are they moving. They kept on saying its unsafe and its dirty. I didn't really see what the problem was.

Gradually I notcied a lot of low income people moving in(broken leases/crime record). I just figured o well. But They kept coming and coming. Then the music started at 12:00 am. i was pretty tollerent. But it got worse and worse. Sometimes music would play till 5:00am. The on feb 14, the poeple above me playing music, i heard a gunshot. Couple days later police tape was blocking off half of the complex. In march all of our coke machines where broken into. This month, someone got mugged in front of my door. I have been living in hell for the last couple months. Prostitues, loud music, people who don't care about other people. I cannot go outside now without a stick in my hand. I thank God I will be out in 2 weeks. As u can see I gave this apartment complex a chance and it got very bad.

The problem is the tenants didn't keep up with the place. Rolido remodeled some of the apartments and seemed to forget about them. Things began to break and the good residents started moving out. For a while jan-feb there was a lot of empty apartments. So they started letting anybody in the apartments and everything went down the hill from there.

Heed my words. DO NOT MOVE IN. YOU WILL BE SORRY. VERY SORRY. Just ask some of the residents what they think and they all will agree with me. They where so desperate to keep me there as a resident that they lowered my rent from 525 to 450. That should tell you something.... I didn't except it
