Rolido Parque apartments used to be a great place to live. I actualy stayed with a friend here back in 2003, while I moved here for college. I Loved it great pool hot tub nice leasing and management staff, the works. Well I moved out of his place cause he moved and went to stay with another friend.

Eventually it came time for me to move to my own place July 2005(my first place). WORST decision to move back, well only one of the girls that was there before remained, she gave me a great deal and free washer and dryer since a renovated apartment wasn't available.

Well I remained happy until....about Sept.
1. I noticed a leak on the patio ceiling. I was told this would be fixed by maintenance, NEVER got done.
2. The apartment I lived in had a patio door that is lockable with a deadbolt, Well after learning about 2 robberies and seeing Prostitution in the parking lot (YES, PROSTITUTION!!)and DRUG deals. I requested a key to the deadbolt or for it to be changed, after waiting a week for this to happen i even bought my own deadbolt and asked them to install it along with a remote controlled ceiling fan i purchased. NEVER GOT DONE!!.
3. Well as Nov. 2005 rolled around i guess the management and the staff couldn't take any more of ROLIDO PARQUE cause every last on of them are GONE to other apartments.

QUICKLY being replaced with what I call the 4 ------- of ROLIDO PARQUE complete ------- and I'm not the only one with this opinion! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, TALK ABOUT PEOPLE BEHIND THERE BACKS, ROLLING EYES, AND JUST PLAIN DUMB!!!

The new Property manager KATHY...is the worst trailor park trash, nasty stringy haired, clown make-up wearing ---- I've ever met. hate her gutz!!!

I'm not usually that vulgar or even rude but I've been driven to this point. She made the mistake of thinking that my rent wasn't paid for Nov. and walked in my apartment after I didn't answer the door, I was in the bathroom at the time. when I walked out she demanded as to why I didn't open the door and demanded money from me. I showed her the money order receipt after feeling puzzled and she apologized saying it must be misplaced. She informed me it would be corrected, keep in mind I'm a college student so I only have limited funds so no wasting and my rent gets paid first, after 2 more days I was awakened by a maintanance guy asking me to leave because he had to lock me out at 8:40 in the morning without prior notice. I got dressed and watched as he changed my lock. I went to the leasing office to complain and I was told by one of the snoddish girls to speak with Kathy who wasn't even there she hadn't arrived 10:00 am she finally walked in. I confronted her on the matter and sent one of the girls to search for the money order after 15 more minutes of waiting she told me she found it. I was PISSED by this time and I had to be home getting dressed for work. The ----- never apologized or anything even after I complained about her rude co-worker.

BOTTOM LINE...I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE FROM THIS HELL, MY SIX MONTHS IS ALMOST OVER, I'VE EVEN SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW TO THE HOUSTON APARTMENT ASSOCIATION ONLINE WWW.HAAONLINE.ORG TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ROLIDO PARQUE AND CHANCELLOR MANAGEMENT. DON'T LIVE HERE !!!!!!
