If you are looking for hookers, drugs, guns and the frequent break-ins. This is by far the worst place to live in SW Houston. I would rather take my chances in Iraq. At least I wouldn't have to pay as much rent in Iraq. This place is a dump and the person who wrote the review before me...must work for Rolido Parque. No one in their right mind would agree with the review below. Management is a joke and they know that the place is crap. My least is up soon and I told them that I would be moving. Even the manager said that she didn't blame me for not renewing my least.
There is always a problem with the water and they are constantly saying that a part needs to be replaced. This is at least 3 times a month when the hot water is out and it usually lasts for a few days.
Gangsta wanna-be's are always walking around with their pit bulls and some are not even on a lease. I've been living here for about 5 years and it has never been this bad.
But if you like strippers and need a quick blow job you can get it from just about any of your neighbors.
And oh yeah...Lindsey is a -----!!!!
