There have been robbery murders here, car vandalism, theft, noise all hours of the night and trash littering the grounds including beer and liquor bottles. This is a thugs heaven, but it is not for anyone who is decent. Because of our experience here, we have decided to buy a house a year sooner than we had planned. If your neighbors smoke, you will inhale it too, even if they smoke outside near your unit. You can hear everything that goes on outside, as if the people are in the room with you. The new management sucks. At least with the old management, the provided a HPD officer for security that you can contact in times of trouble. But, the new management supposedly has security, but it is only for the protection of the owner's property. Thugs can hang out,talking loud, smoking, drinking, whatever all hours of the day and night. You and your belongings are not safe here. It is very stressful living here for a lot of reasons, including the gnats, flies and roaches. We are filling out our mortgage application this weekend and faxing it back on Monday. We felt that we needed to save more money and pay off more debt, but after living here, I am done with apartment living.
