I have lived here for a year or so now. It's been nice to live here, yes its older and has some waer and tear in some areas, but what complex is perfect' The staff is outgoing, and responds to work order in order of what is going on elsewhere on the property, yes i pay my rent on time but i inderstand if there is a leak or aplumbing issue on the property they are not going to drop that and run to the rescue of gettin one of my bathrooms unclogged. I know i have loved in katy to the Galleria and no matter were i live and background checks are done people are people and bad or good they do things that they want , if you see or know something is up with your fellow neighbors ( smokig pot, meth , or anything else), Do what i do , cal the police i look at it this way , as a resident im not just paying to live there im also on the look out for bad things taking place in my home , and by hom ei mean community , overlooking it does not solve the problem , Guess thats why some many things in life get over looked, is because no one wants to stand up for the right thing , they would rather turn their heads and then raise hell bout it on a site that does nothing but let them rant and rave
